Strategically mix management theory with practical application. David now consults with organisations to help improve performance and strategic direction, catering to individual company needs. He has served on the boards on a number of organisations, including RTO’s.
ABOUT
David is a very experienced and entertaining facilitator and trainer, coach and mentor. He is a productive consultant and ISO auditor.
David has made many trips to PNG for training the Diploma of Frontline Management. He has worked with the International Training Institute where he trained participants from both the government sector and private companies. He has also travelled to PNG to train workers at the Simberi Gold Mine on Simberi Island. David has also travelled to the Solomon Islands and Nauru for management training.
David Bryan has been in various management positions since 1980, at both operational and strategic management levels and has been training in the VET area since 1999. He is also involved in risk and safety management in Brisbane.
David has spent many years in the retail sector with ColesMyer. While here some of his positions were as Store Manager, and a state Training Delivery Manager for the Queensland ColesMyer Institute. He has been actively involved in risk and safety management, continuous improvement and project management, change management and organisational development.
David has experience in coaching and mentoring executives from different organisations and has considerable experience in both the public and private sectors. David is able to take management principles and apply them practically in a business environment. He specialises in WHS, writing skills, continuous improvement, change management and human resource management.
