PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE
Consists of 12 units to be completed over a 12 month period. Students will undergo classroom training with and experienced facilitator and will be required to complete assessment work to be submitted between workshops.

The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management develops the competency of individuals who are taking on responsibility for the implementation of frontline management initiatives.
The qualification places particular emphasis on developing effective people skills, managing and leading a team, developing priorities and managing operational plans.
